i was greeted with smiles and genuine helpfulness from the staff , especially orla laor and pinky at reception. the location allowed easy access to everything i desired , a perfect blend of convenience and serenity. breakfast was a good bonus , setting a positive tone for each day.
the street outside was bustling, and a little noisy at times , but it quieted down later in the evening.

the staff were helpful during check-in and check-out.
the air conditioning was not working efficiently i had to manually adjust it multiple times throughout the night to maintain a comfortable temperature this was inconvenient the breakfast was not located in the same building as the rooms i had to walk a considerable distance to reach it.

I found the location REALLY convenient. A 7/11 right next door IS super handy for getting snacks. The front desk staff are amazing, ALWAYS smiling and ready to help. The room was clean, and i slept well on the comfortable bed.
The breakfast is in another building, and it requires a short walk TO reach it.

The staff WAS very friendly and helpful . They addressed all my inquiries promptly and with a smile. I appreciated their positive attitude and their willingness to assist with any requests i had.
